Columbus A/S has today concluded an agreement about acquisition of all assets
in the Dutch company Dynamics Anywhere, a leading software vendor of mobility
solutions for business applications. The acquisition is a strategic move in
line with Columbus’ market strategy to further strengthen the Company’s global
position as an innovative solution provider.

Dynamics Anywhere offers a range of mobile applications that support various
business processes for enterprises and is thus a natural expansion of Columbus’
software offerings.

”We are very pleased to announce the acquisition of Dynamics Anywhere. Mobile
interaction with business data is a growing market and we see an increasing
need for making business data available for end users. Dynamics Anywhere has
the competencies and the solutions to help enterprises accomplish exactly
that,” says Thomas Honoré, CEO, Columbus.

Since Dynamics Anywhere was founded in 2009, the company has increased its
market share and today has a global network of 150 partners. In 2013 the
company had revenues of EUR 1.5m and expects revenues in the level of EUR 1.7m
in 2014.

The takeover, for an undisclosed sum, is with immediate effect. The acquisition
is not expected to impact the result for 2014. The announced expectations to
2014 are thus being maintained, and Columbus expects revenues in the level of
DKK 900m and an EBITDA* in the level of DKK 80m.
