Columbus er i forhandling om opkøb af en udenlandsk konsulentforretning

Columbus A/S har indledt forhandlinger med aktionærerne i en udenlandsk konsulentforretning med ca. 50 konsulenter.

Der forventes afklaring i løbet af indeværende kvartal, om hvorvidt Columbus når til enighed med sælger.

Såfremt handlen materialiseres vil den påvirke indeværende års omsætning i niveauet DKK 30 mio. og EBITDA med ca. DKK 2-4 mio.
