Som oplyst i børsmeddelse nr. 23. af 13. august 2013, indledte Columbus A/S forhandlinger med aktionærerne i en udenlandsk konsulentforretning med ca. 50 konsulenter.
Forhandlingerne er afsluttet efter due diligence uden at køber og sælger kunne nå til enighed.
