Columbus has today formally concluded agreement with Prodware about sale of the
Group’s subsidiaries in France and Spain

As announced in release no. 13/2011, Columbus IT Partner A/S has entered into
an agreement about sale of the subsidiaries in France and Spain to Prodware SA,
which already has substantial activities in France and Spain.

Columbus IT Partner A/S has today formally concluded the agreement with
Prodware SA. Hence, the subsidiaries in France and Spain have been transferred
to Prodware with effect from 1 November 2011.
