Increase of the share capital of the subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") informs that subsidiary of the Company LLC Nedra Donbasa has increased the share capital of other subsidiary of the Group - LLC Tekhinovatsiya.

LLC Nedra Donbasa subsidiary of the Company increased the share capital of LLC Tekhinovatsiya up to UAH 550 000 (five hundred fifty thousand) by making additional contribution to the share capital. Before increase the share capital of LLC Tekhinovatsiya was UAH 44 000 (forty-four thousand) where Nertera Investments Limited held 99.0% and LLC Donprombiznes (subsidiary of the Company) held 1.0% of the total votes.

After the increase in the share capital LLC Nedra Donbasa holds 92.0%, Nertera Investments Limited holds 7.92% and LLC Donprombiznes holds 0.08% of the total votes of LLC Tekhinovatsiya.
