Dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year ending 30 June 2019

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") hereby releases the schedule of publication of its financial reports in the financial year 2019 commencing 1st July 2018 and ending 30th June 2019:

For the consolidated annual report for the financial year 2018 ("FY2018"), the date of publication shall be: 31st October 2018

For semi-annual consolidated report for the 1st half of the financial year 2019 ("1H FY2019") the date of publication shall be: 28th February 2019

For quarterly consolidated reports, dates of publication shall be the following:

1st quarter of the financial year 2019 ("1Q FY2019"): 29th November 2018

3rd quarter of the financial year 2019 ("3Q FY2019"): 30th May 2019
