The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. hereby informs about signing the Engagement letter with PKF Audit&Conseil Luxembourg - independent auditor, for the audit of the Company's financial statements for FY2024 (started 1 July 2023 ended 30 June 2024).

Legal grounds: Art.14 of the Luxembourg Law of 9 May 2006 on market abuse and Art. 56 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies.
