Incorporation of an asset

Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. ("Company") informs about incorporation of an asset.

Coal Energy Group via its subsidiary «ADVANCED INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGIES» LLC (Poland) jointly with DSB GROUP Sp. Zo.o. have incorporated GREENTECH SOLUTIONS Sp. z o.o. in Poland. The authorized capital of the new Company is 100 000 PLN, each party holds 50% share.

The main activity of the new company will be the reclamation and processing of industrial rock dumps and mine waste dumps, as well as the reclamation of lands disturbed by man-made activities.

Coal Energy S.A. has experience in such activities in Ukraine.
