On January 24, 2013, Columbia Banking System, Inc. issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2012 and a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividend will be paid on February 20, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 6, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
