Colt CZ Group SE: Update on the General Meeting
Prague (October 9, 2025) ― Colt CZ Group SE ("Colt CZ", the "Company" or the "Group") announces that instead of its intent to adopt decisions of the General Meeting outside its meeting (decisions per rollam), as communicated on September 18, 2025, the Company has decided to hold the General Meeting by physical attendance in mid-November 2025. Relevant documentation will be published during the course of next week.
