Repurchase of Colruyt treasury shares

Referring to article 207 of the Royal decree of 30 January 2001 in execution of the companies code (art. 620 § 1), as modified by royal decree of 26 April 2009, the Etn. Fr. Colruyt NV communicates that it has purchased 93.326 treasury shares at NYSE Euronext Brussels in the period from 4 April until 10 April 2014.

The Board of Directors has performed this purchase after having been so empowered by the extraordinary general meeting of 16 October 2009.

As a result of these transactions, the company possesses a total of 9.325.987 treasury shares on 10 April 2014 or 5,65% of the total number of shares issued (i.e. 165.169.749).
