Disclosure pursuant to Article 15 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the reporting of significant interests in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading in a regulated market and containing miscellaneous provisions.

The Board of Directors of the Company has decided, based on its statutory authorization, to destroy a total of 3.000.000 own shares. In addition, following the annual capital increase reserved for Colruyt Group employees, a total of 148.968 new shares were created by notarial deed of 17 December 2024.

The new data relating to the shares and capital of Colruyt Group NV following these transactions are as follows:

• Total capital: EUR 384.689.455,45
• Total number of shares carrying voting rights: 124.497.858
• Total number of voting rights (= denominator): 124.497.858

No thresholds have been laid down in the articles of association. For transparency notifications the statutory thresholds per bracket of 5% therefore apply.
