Upon proposal of the Board of Directors, the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders agreed to the cancellation of a total of 2.500.000 treasury shares by notarial deed of 7 October 2021.

The new data relating to the shares and capital of NV Etn. Fr. Colruyt following this transaction are as follows:

• Total number of shares carrying voting rights: 133.654.960
• Total number of voting rights (= denominator): 133.654.960

No thresholds have been laid down in the articles of association. For transparency notifications the statutory thresholds per bracket of 5% therefore apply.
