Summary of the notification
With reference to article 14 of the law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings, Colruyt Group and its supervisory shareholder Korys have submitted a notification to the FSMA.
This transparency notification, dated 7 October 2022, proves that, through the acquisition of Colruyt shares by Korys NV, Korys and Colruyt Group hold a total of 60,07% of the voting rights of the company and have thus exceeded a statutory threshold of 5%.
On 4 October 2022, Colruyt Group, together with Korys, Korys Investments, Korys Business Services I, II and III (excluding the Colruyt family and relatives acting in concert), hold a total of 80.395.270 Colruyt shares, together representing 60,07% of the total number of shares issued by the company (133.839.188).
This limited notification does not prejudice the existing mutual consultations between the Colruyt family and relatives, Korys, Colruyt Group.
The company has no knowledge of other agreements between shareholders. The statutory thresholds per 5% bracket apply.
