Summary of the notification
Pursuant to article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings, the Colruyt family and relatives as well as Colruyt Group have submitted a notification to the FSMA.
This transparency notification dated 1 October 2021 indicates that, based on the existing agreements, the agreement to act in concert entered into between Korys NV, the Colruyt family and relatives, and Colruyt Group on the one hand, and Sofina NV on the other, expired at the end of September 2021. The agreement to act in concert entered into between Korys NV and the Colruyt family remains in full force.
The shareholders acting in concert Colruyt family and relatives as well as Colruyt Group hold a total of 82.365.421 Colruyt shares as per 1 October 2021 and thus jointly represent 60,49% of the total number of shares issued by the company (136.154.960).
The company has no knowledge of other agreements between shareholders. The statutory thresholds per bracket of 5% apply.
