Major shareholder announcement

Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act and section 2 of the Executive Order on Major Shareholders Aage og Johanne Louis-Hansen ApS (Ltd) has informed the Company that Aage og Johanne Louis-Hansen ApS (Ltd) has purchased shares in Coloplast A/S.

Subsequently, the Aage og Johanne Louis-Hansen ApS (Ltd) directly owns 3,640,000 A shares of nominally DKK 1,- and 20,825,040 B shares of nominally DKK 1,- of Coloplast A/S, corresponding to $11.33\%$ of the share capital and $15.14\%$ of the votes.
