Coloplast strengthens Executive Management

Today, the Board of Directors have decided to expand the Executive Management from two to four members as of 1 July 2014.

Kristian Villumsen is appointed Executive Vice President, Chronic Care (EVP, CC) with responsibility for Global Marketing, R&D and sales regions within ostomy - and continence care. Since joining Coloplast in 2008, Kristian has been head of Global Marketing, Europe 11 and most recently Region Emerging Markets. Kristian holds a Master's degree in political science and an MPP.

Allan Rasmussen is appointed Executive Vice President, Global Operations (EVP, GO) with responsibility of Global Operations, Procurement and Quality & Environment. Since joining Coloplast in 1992, Allan has had a number of management assignments within production, sales and procurement. Allan holds a degree as engineer and an MBA.

Anders Lonning-Skovgaard is appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with responsibility for Corporate Finance and Corporate IT. Since joining Coloplast in 2006, Anders has held a commercial management position and most recently been SVP for Corporate IT. Anders holds a financial Master's degree.

The expansion of the Executive Management team aligns with Coloplast's ambitious growth strategy and the new long term financial guidance.

As of 1 July 2014, the Executive Management team will consist of:

CEO - Lars Rasmussen (age 55) EVP, Chronic Care - Kristian Villumsen (age 43) EVP, Global Operations - Allan Rasmussen (age 47) CFO - Anders Lonning-Skovgaard (age 41)

CFO Lene Skole is leaving Coloplast for a position as CEO of the Lundbeck Foundation, as of 1 September 2014.
