Further, the Company has fixed Tuesday, November 6, 2018 as the Record date for the payment of aforesaid dividend that may be declared by the Board of Directors at their meeting scheduled to be held on October 29, 2018.Please find enclosed details of the record date.
This notice has been issued pursuant to Regulations 29(1) and 29(2) of the Listing Regulations.
Please note that as informed in our aforesaid letter dated September 21, 2018, the Trading Window of the Company has been closed from Saturday, September 22, 2018 and the shall open 48 hours after the outcome of the aforesaid meeting is made public.
