Further, the Company has fixed Wednesday, March 31, 2021 as the Record Date for payment of the aforesaid dividend that may be declared by the Board of Directors at the said meeting.

The notice has been issued pursuant to Regulation 29(1) (a) & 29(2) of the Listing Regulations.

Please note that the Trading Window will be closed from Thursday, March 11, 2021. The said Trading Window shall remain closed until the approval of Audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2021 and shall open 48 hours after the said results are made public.
