Colefax is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting, which was held today, were duly approved by shareholders. Proxy votes were received from shareholders representing 22% of the issued share capital of the Company with proxy votes in favour of each resolution ranging from 99.94% to 100%.
