RESULT OF AGM and GM

All resolutions proposed at Colefax's Annual General Meeting and General Meeting held on Thursday 14 September were duly passed.

At the General Meeting to approve a waiver under Rule 9 of the Takeover Code there were 4,673,387 votes cast representing 45.7% of the issued share capital of which 100% were in favour of the resolution.
