Colas acquires Allied Infrastructure Management Ltd in the UK

Colas Ltd, a British subsidiary of Colas, has acquired Allied Infrastructure Management Ltd.

Founded more than 20 years ago, Allied Infrastructure Management Ltd is a leading UK airport maintenance and service provider and offers comprehensive solutions to protect, maintain and restore infrastructure. With revenue of 12 million pounds (14 million euros) and roughly one hundred employees, the Manchester-based company operates in particular at Royal Air Force bases, as well as at London Heathrow and Manchester airports.

The acquisition of Allied Infrastructure Management Ltd will allow Colas Ltd to expand its range of products, services and solutions. Allied Infrastructure Management Ltd will also be able to offer its services to all Colas Group subsidiaries.
