Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 4, 2021

The Annual Meeting of Colabor Group Inc. was held virtually on May 4, 2021 at 10:30 a.m.. Shareholders holding 77,745,115 shares, were present at the meeting, either in person or by proxy, representing approximately 76.25% of the total votes attached to all issued and outstanding common shares as of the record date on March 23, 2021.

Appointment of auditor

The resolution to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP/s.r.l/s.e.n.c.r.l., as Colabor Group Inc.’s auditor to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until its successor is appointed, and to authorize the directors to fix its remuneration, was adopted by a majority of the votes cast by the shareholders.
