Cokal Limited (ASX: CKA) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Cokal Limited (‘CKA’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of CKA, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 14 July 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

RE: Cokal Limited (ASX:CKA) Request for Trading Halt

Cokal Limited (the Company ) requests a trading halt in respect of its shares.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a financing arrangement.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises:

1. The trading halt is necessary for the Company to provide information in relation to a financing arrangement;

2. The trading halt should remain in place until the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 14 July 2021, unless before that time the Company makes an announcement providing information in respect of the financing arrangement or requests that the trading halt be lifted; and

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
