TRADING HALT

The securities of Cokal Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 17 July 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

RE: Cokal Limited (ASX:CKA) Request for Trading Halt

Cokal Limited (the Company ) requests a trading halt in respect of its shares.

The trading halt is requested pending the announcement by the Company regarding a capital raising.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises:

1. the trading halt is necessary for the Company to make an announcement to the market in relation to a capital raising;

2. the trading halt should remain in place until the commencement of trading on Monday 17 July 2017 unless before that time the Company makes an announcement regarding a capital raising or requests that the trading halt be lifted; and

3. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
