TRADING HALT

The securities of Cokal Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 2 July 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

RE: Cokal Limited (ASX:CKA) Request for Trading Halt

Cokal Limited (the Company ) requests a trading halt in respect of its shares from the commencement of trading on Monday, 30 June 2014.

The trading halt is requested pending the announcement by the Company of project financing arrangements and the grant of a key project approval.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises:

  1. the trading halt is necessary for the Company to make an announcement to the market in relation to the project financing and project approval;

  2. the trading halt should remain in place until the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 2 July 2014 unless before that time it makes an announcement regarding the project financing and project approval or requests that the trading halt be lifted; and

  3. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
