CLARIFICATION – APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Cokal Limited (ASX:CKA, “Cokal” or “the Company”) clarifies it’s announcement dated 10 April 2019 concerning the appointment of Mr Karan Bangur as a director of Cokal Limited.
The Company confirms Mr Bangur’s appointment is in a non-executive capacity.
