James Clarke appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors

Brussels, December 6th, 2010 (5:45 pm) – At the Board meeting on November 24th, 2010, United Anodisers' Directors decided to modify the Group's governance structure.

James Clarke has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing Laurent Chevalier, who resigned from his position as a director at the ordinary annual general meeting on June 2nd, 2010.

A former bank manager, Mr. Clarke has been a private venture capitalist for several years, notably as Chairman of EMC Cheshire Limited. In his new role, Mr. Clarke will ensure that United Anodisers' Board of Directors operates effectively.

For reference, Philip Hughes, Chairman of PH Property Holdings Limited, and James Clarke were appointed as directors at the extraordinary general meeting on November 10th.

At the same time, United Anodisers is announcing that Bertrand Piens and Jean-Pierre Castel have stood down from their positions as directors, effective December 3rd, 2010.
