Grant of Share Options

The Company announces the following grant of unapproved options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each to directors of the Company:

The unapproved options were granted on 9 August 2013 pursuant to the Cohort plc 2006 Share Option Scheme established on 16 February 2006, and can be exercised between 10 August 2016 and 9 August 2023.
