Cohort, the independent technology group, today announces the following director share transactions.

Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive

The Company was informed on the 17 January 2019 that Andrew Thomis had sold 437 Ordinary Shares from his nominee account on the 16 January 2019 at 380.0 pence per share. An ISA in the name of Andrew Thomis subsequently purchased 425 Ordinary Shares at 386.8 pence per share.

Following these transactions, Andrew Thomis's interest and that of his persons closely associated in Ordinary Shares is 142,450, representing 0.35% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
