TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby publishes the estimated operating and salesfigures of the AFORTI Capital Group for July 2024.

1)Currency exchange on online platforms

Thetrading value on the currency exchange platform in July 2024 amounted toapproximately PLN66,50million and was59,56%lowercompared to the same period of the previous year.

Ona cumulative basis, after a seven months of 2024, the total value oftrading on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN732,97million, representing ayear-on-year decrease of73,57%.

2)Recovery orders

Thenominal value of recovery orders in July 2024 amounted to approximatelyPLN21,76million and was76,32%lower year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the seven months of 2024, the nominal value ofcollection orders reached approximately PLN220,98million,registering a year-on-year decrease of68.60%.

3)Debt claims financed

InJuly 2024, the value of financed receivables amounted to approximatelyPLN0.07million and down94,33%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after seven months of this year, the value offinanced receivables amounted to a total of approximately PLN1.07million, recording an decrease of84.72%year on year.

4)Total sales

InJuly 2024, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximately EUR21.06_#160;million,down65.70%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the seven months of 2024, the total value ofsales in the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR227,70million, andecrease of72,59%year-on-year.

5)Total number of customers

InJuly 2024, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was7.673and was1.46%higher than in the same period of the previous year.
