Obwieszczenie o dniu układowym spółki zależnej Aforti Factor Group S.A.

Zarząd AFORTI Holding S.A. w restrukturyzacji z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Spółka") w dniu 11.10.2024 roku powziął informację od Zarządu Aforti Factor Group S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "spółka zależna"), że Pan Paweł Lewandowski - nadzorca układu w postępowaniu restrukturyzacyjnym (postępowanie o zatwierdzenie układu) spółki zależnej, na podstawie art. 226a ust.1 Prawa restrukturyzacyjnego dokonał obwieszczenia w Krajowym Rejestrze Zadłużonych o ustaleniu dnia układowego na dzień 11.10.2024r.

On October 11, 2024, the Management Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. in restructuring with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received information from the Management Board of Aforti Factor Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "subsidiary") that Mr. Paweł Lewandowski - the arrangement supervisor in the restructuring proceedings (arrangement approval proceedings) of the subsidiary, pursuant to Article 226a section 1 of the Restructuring Law, made an announcement in the National Register of Debtors about setting the arrangement date at October 11, 2024.
