Report Content Decisionon securing

TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. in restructuring with itsregistered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the _quot;Company_quot;)hereby notifies that on October 14, 2024, it became aware of thedecision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw,18th Commercial Division, of October 14, 2024 regarding a change in themethod of securing the Company's assets, in such a way that instead ofappointing a temporary court supervisor, a compulsory administration wasestablished over all assets. The function of the administrator wasentrusted to Mr. Marcin Kubiczek (license number 244). The Company isanalyzing the impact of the security on the Company's situation.

TheCompany is conducting legal analyses related to the possibility ofrepealing the decision. On September 14, 2024, the Company filed anapplication for approval of the arrangement in the initiatedrestructuring proceedings. A significant part of the creditors voted infavor of the arrangement, in the amount of 83% in quantitative terms.The Company is conducting intensive work to implement the arrangementassumptions. In accordance with the content of art. 12 sec. 2 firstsentence of the Restructuring Law, the bankruptcy court suspends theconsideration of the bankruptcy application until a final judgment isissued on the restructuring application. In the Company's opinion, thecourt's decision is premature and unjustified, because it is against thepublic interest - the majority of the Company's creditors voted in favorof the arrangement.
