TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby publishes the estimated operating and salesfigures of the AFORTI Capital Group for May 2024.

1)Currency exchange on online platforms

Thetrading value on the currency exchange platform in May 2024 amounted toapproximately PLN99,78million and was73,80%lowercompared to the same period of the previous year.

Ona cumulative basis, after a five months of 2024, the total value oftrading on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN578,19million, representing ayear-on-year decrease of74,94%.

2)Recovery orders

Thenominal value of recovery orders in May 2024 amounted to approximatelyPLN34,44million and was46,08%lower year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the five months of 2024, the nominal value ofcollection orders reached approximately PLN179,37million,registering a year-on-year decrease of62.58%.

3)Debt claims financed

InMay 2024, the value of financed receivables amounted to approximatelyPLN0.14million and down88,55%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after five months of this year, the value offinanced receivables amounted to a total of approximately PLN0.97million, recording an decrease of79.44%year on year.

4)Total sales

InMay 2024, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximately EUR32.03_#160;million,down69.87%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the five months of 2024, the total value ofsales in the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR180,84million, andecrease of72,83%year-on-year.

5)Total number of customers

InMay 2024, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was7.664and was1.91%higher than in the same period of the previous year.
