TheManagement Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) hereby publishes the estimated operating and salesfigures of the AFORTI Capital Group for June 2024.

1)Currency exchange on online platforms

Thetrading value on the currency exchange platform in June 2024 amounted toapproximately PLN88,28million and was70,67%lowercompared to the same period of the previous year.

Ona cumulative basis, after a six months of 2024, the total value oftrading on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN666,46million, representing ayear-on-year decrease of74,45%.

2)Recovery orders

Thenominal value of recovery orders in June 2024 amounted to approximatelyPLN19,50million and was85,29%lower year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the six months of 2024, the nominal value ofcollection orders reached approximately PLN199,11million,registering a year-on-year decrease of67.46%.

3)Debt claims financed

InJune 2024, the value of financed receivables amounted to approximatelyPLN0.04million and down96,53%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after six months of this year, the value of financedreceivables amounted to a total of approximately PLN1.01million, recording an decrease of82.76%year on year.

4)Total sales

InJune 2024, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximately EUR25.70_#160;million,down75.19%year-on-year.

Ona cumulative basis, after the six months of 2024, the total value ofsales in the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR206,61million, andecrease of73,14%year-on-year.

5)Total number of customers

InJune 2024, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was7.666and was1.56%higher than in the same period of the previous year.
