Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, France, February 6, 2025 - 5:45 p.m. - COGELEC (ISIN: FR0013335742 / Ticker: ALLEC), the French leader in access control systems for building complexes, is today releasing its revenue for fourth-quarter and full-year 2024.

Revenue for Q4 2024, at €20.4m, is up 13.6% compared with Q4 2023. For 2024 as a whole, revenue amounted to €74.5m, showing annual growth of 12.9% compared with 2023.
Driven by its unique subscription model, COGELEC achieved a new performance with subscription-related revenue of €23.4m (€20.0m in 2023), up 17.2%. At the end of 2024, this business accounted for 31.5% of total revenue. The Intratone brand thus achieved an increase of 325,000 additional subscribed properties in 2024. In total, 2.5 million homes in France and Europe receive the COGELEC GSM intercom service.
In France, COGELEC generated revenue of €17.4m in Q4, up 11.0% from Q4 2023 (€15.7m). For 2024 as a whole, revenue came out at €63.6m, up 10.8% (€57.4m in 2023).
In Europe, the teams are continuing their commercial efforts to deploy Intratone solutions on the collective housing markets. Revenue totaled €3.0m in Q4 2024, up 31.7%. In 2024, revenue generated in Europe was €10.9m, compared with €8.6m in 2023 (up 26.9%). The European markets now account for 15% of Group revenue, compared with 13% a year earlier.

2025: Revenue and EBITDA growth rates above 2024
With an installed base of more than 2.5 million homes ensuring robust recurring income, and a highly innovative service offering, COGELEC confirms an improved EBITDA ratio for 2024 compared with 2023.
The Group expects activity growth in 2025 more than the 2024 figure, along with a further improvement in the EBITDA ratio.
