Effective transfer of COGELEC shares on the Euronext Growth Paris market on 7 December 2020

Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, France, 3 December 2020 – COGELEC, the French leader in access control systems for building complexes, announced that the listing of its shares will be transferred to the Euronext Growth Paris market on 7 December 2020.

The application for admission of the COGELEC shares to the Euronext Growth market in Paris was approved by the Euronext Listing Board on 2 December 2020.

The purpose of this transfer, initiated on 30 July 2020, is to list COGELEC on a market that is better suited to its size. It will ease the regulatory constraints imposed on the company and lower related listing costs, while allowing the company to continue to enjoy the benefits of the financial markets.

COGELEC will continue to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, making public any inside information about the company, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuses ("MAR"). These provisions will also remain fully applicable to COGELEC, particularly in relation to the reporting of transactions carried out on the company's shares by executives (and related persons).

The information document prepared for this transfer is available on the company's website, www.cogelec.fr, under 'Investors' > 'Documentation'.

The ISIN for identifying COGELEC shares remains unchanged (FR0013335742), and the new ticker will be ALLEC. In addition, COGELEC stock remains eligible for personal equity plans (PEA) and personal equity plans investing in SMEs.
