Update to Issue of Shares as Consideration for the Acquisition of Interest in Riverwise Pty Limited

Armidale Investment Corporation Limited (AIK) announced on 24 June 2013 the close of the offer for the acquisition of interest in Riverwise Pty Limited (“Offer”).

Please note that a total of 286,033 Riverwise Pty Limited shares accepted the Offer, which equates to an allotment of 20,022,310 AIK shares, not 22,022,310 AIK shares as previously advised.
