Sub: Board meeting intimation

In continuation to our letter dated June 30, 2021 regarding the trading window closure and pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. The Board of Directors will also be considering the proposal of the payment of First Interim Dividend, if any for the Financial Year 2021-22 and will determine the Record date for the purpose of the First Interim Dividend.

The trading window shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.

We would also like to inform that a conference call with Analysts and Institutional Investors has been scheduled after the Board meeting and details of the same will be disclosed on the website of the Company, www.coforgetech.com and transcript of the same shall be shared with the stock exchanges in due course.
