Ms. Sharma is a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Commerce graduate from a prestigious college of Delhi University having background in Corporate Secretarial and Compliance function supported by her varied professional experience. She has been associated with Coforge for 10+ years and has been involved in various strategic initiatives.
