Sub: Intimation of trading window closure

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform that Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2021 for the purpose of consideration of Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 and other matters, if any.

The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.

Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, directly or indirectly, are prohibited to deal in the securities of the Company during this period.

The intimation of the date of Board meeting, for the purpose of consideration of Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021, shall be made in due course.
