Sub: Trading window closure and Board meeting intimation

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform that Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2019.

Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relative, directly or indirectly, are prohibited to deal in the securities of the Company during this period.

Further, in terms of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2019, subject to Limited Review by Auditors.

We would also like to inform that a conference call with Analysts and Institutional Investors has been scheduled after the Board meeting and details of the same will be disclosed on the website of the Company, www.niit-tech.com.
