Sub: Update regarding buyback of up to 1,956,290 fully paid equity shares of a face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of INR 1,725 (“Buyback” ).

This is to inform you that the Company has received comments from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“ SEBI ”) on the draft letter of offer filed by the Company for the Buyback. However, given the national lock down in light of the COVID – 19 crisis, SEBI has provided an extension for dispatching the letter of offer and tender form till April 30, 2020.
