This is in continuation to intimation submitted by the Company on April 06, 2019 regarding sale of investment in ESRI India Technologies Limited, India, wherein the Company intimated signing of a Share Purchase Agreement ('SPA') with Environmental Systems Research Institute Inc., USA.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company wishes to inform that, the Company has today concluded the sale of 88.99% equity shares in ESRI India Technologies Limited, India to Environment Systems Research Institute Inc., USA.

Consequent to above sale, ESRI India Technologies Limited, India shall cease to be subsidiary of the Company with immediate effect.
