This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company vide its circular resolution dated June 29, 2019, appointed Mr. Basab Pradhan (DIN 00892181) as an Additional Director and Independent Director on the Board of the Company to hold office for a term of 2 (two) years from June 29, 2019 to June 28, 2021, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Further, Mr. Pradhan is also appointed as Non-Executive Chairperson of the Board with effect from June 29, 2019.

Mr. Basab Pradhan has had a successful career spanning IT Services, Technology and Consumer Marketing. His longest tenure was with Infosys Ltd. where he was Head of Global Sales & Marketing for 5 years. During this period, Infosys saw a significant increase in revenue with industry leading margins.

Mr. Pradhan is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mr. Pradhan is not related to any of the existing Directors of the Company and is not debarred from holding the Office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority.
