(IST) through video-conferencing (VC/OAVM), in compliance with the General circulars dated April 08, 2020, April 13, 2020, May 05, 2020 and the latest Circular No. 09/2024 dated September 19, 2024 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (collectively referred to as "MCA Circulars") and relevant circulars issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, latest being Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2024/133 dated October 03, 2024 (“SEBI Circulars”). The Annual Report of the Company comprising of the Notice of the AGM, Board’s Report, Auditor’s Report and other documents/reports will be sent to those members whose emails are registered with the Company or their Depository Participants in accordance with aforesaid Circulars. Further information shall be shared in due course.
