COFLE ANNOUNCES ITS PARTICIPATION IN THE MID & SMALL VIRTUAL 2022
Trezzo sull'Adda (MI), 27 June 2022 – Cofle S.p.A. - a leading company in the design, production and worldwide marketing of command systems and control cables for the off-road vehicles, automotive and after market automotive sectors - announces its participation in the event "Mid & Small Virtual 2022", scheduled over three days from Tuesday 28 June to Thursday 30 June.
The Mid & Small Virtual 2022, organised by Virgilio IR in partnership with leading financial market operators, is dedicated to small and medium cap companies listed on Borsa Italiana using this opportunity to showcase their high-grade products to a wide audience of Italian and international institutional investors. In this edition the meetings will be organised virtually, allowing the listed companies to hold remote meetings, on a oneto-one basis or in small groups.
The Chairman and CEO Walter Barbieri, the co-CEO and Global Head of Marketing and Communications & IR Alessandra Barbieri and the CFO & HR Director Diego Galbussera will be connected by video conference and will report on the results achieved in 2021 and on the Group's growth strategy. Specifically, FY 2021 closed with €52.2 million in consolidated revenues, up by 41%. Cofle's positive growth trend continued in the first quarter 2022, which recorded a 9.2% increase in consolidated turnover compared to the same period of last year.
