COFLE APPOINTS ENG. ANDREA BENETELLO AS NEW GENERAL MANAGER

A STEP FORWARD TOWARDS INNOVATION AND GROWTH

Trezzo sull'Adda (MI), February 16, 2024 – Cofle S.p.A. (EGM: CFL) - a leading company in the design, production, and global marketing of command systems and control cables for the off-road vehicles sector, automotive, and automotive aftermarket - announces the appointment of Eng. Andrea Benetello as the new General Manager, marking a fundamental step in the company's evolution and reorganization strategy.

This appointment comes after a period of collaboration as an external consultant, started about a year and a half ago, during which Eng. Benetello significantly contributed to the reorganization and modernization of the new logistics plant. This decision reflects Cofle's ongoing commitment to pursuing growth and innovation, essential goals for consolidating the Group's position in the industry.

With solid experience in the automotive sector and special projects, Eng. Benetello brings strategic vision and deep technical and managerial expertise. His background in electronic engineering, combined with proven experience in lean manufacturing, organizational management, and goal orientation, will enhance the Group's ability to offer innovative and high-quality solutions.

Before joining Cofle, Eng. Benetello held significant positions such as Head of Corporate Purchasing at Eldor Corporation, and Service Manager at Mikron Service Solution. These experiences have enriched his professional profile with strategic skills in corporate purchasing and service management, solidifying his ability to lead teams through complex processes of change and improvement. Moreover, during his career, Eng. Benetello has developed remarkable skills in identifying and correcting areas of inefficiency, reducing costs, analyzing the value chain, and establishing supplier networks in the Far East, bringing to Cofle his valuable international experience.
