COFLE: SUBMISSION OF LISTS FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS

Trezzo sull'Adda (MI), April 23, 2024 – Cofle S.p.A. (EGM:CFL), a leading company in the design, production, and global marketing of command systems and control cables for the off-road vehicles sector, automotive and aftermarket automotive, announces that on April 22, the list was made available to the public at the company's registered office and on the company's website (www.cofle.com). This list, submitted to the company for the appointment of the members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, will be deliberated upon at the Ordinary General Meeting scheduled for April 29, 2024, on the first call, and if necessary, on a second call on April 30, 2024, along with the related documentation.

The candidate lists for the positions of directors and auditors were presented by the majority shareholder Valfin S.r.l., which holds 78.4% of Cofle S.p.A's capital, and are composed as follows:
