COFLE S.P.A.: APPOINTMENT OF SPECIALIST AND CORPORATE BROKER TO INTERMONTE
Trezzo sull'Adda (MI), June 28, 2024 – As previously announced on June 10, 2024, Cofle S.p.A. (EGM:CFL) – a leading company in the design, production, and worldwide marketing of control systems and cables for offroad vehicles, automotive, and automotive aftermarket sectors – specifies that the role of Specialist has been assigned to Intermonte SIM, replacing Banca Profilo S.p.A. from July 1, 2024.
Cofle has also appointed Intermonte SIM, through the digital division of WEBSIM Corporate, as the Corporate Broker. They will be responsible for preparing research and conducting marketing activities with both retail and institutional investors in Italy and abroad.
Banca Profilo S.p.A. will continue to serve as the Euronext Growth Advisor and Corporate Broker, handling research preparation and marketing activities with retail and institutional investors in Italy and abroad.
